Tri-County CAP's North Country Transit initiated an effort to bring community transportation to Carroll County in 2007. With support from the Community Transportation Association of America, the NH Department of Transportation, the NH Department of Health and Human Services, North Country Council, Carroll County residents, and LSC Transportation Consultants, a comprehensive transit needs assessment was conducted, the mission and goals of the project were established, and a viable solution was determined.
